The CT Lottery System experienced technical issues on Monday, Sept. 6, which may have caused some tickets not to validate accurately as winning or non-winning, CT Lottery announced on Wednesday, Sept. 8.

The organization said the issue occurred between about 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.

"During that timeframe, players checking to see if their ticket was a winner by presenting it at retail for verification, or by scanning it on the mobile app may have received an incorrect result," CT Lottery said.

About 300 transactions may have occurred during this timeframe, the organization said.

These players are urged to contact CT Lottery at info@ctlottery.org.
